Fares
Ryanair's lowest fares can always be found on www.ryanair.com. Flights can be booked up to 4 hours before the flight at the airport or through a Ryanair call centre.
Check in
Opens 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time and closes strictly 40 minutes prior. Late arrivals will be denied boarding and no refund will be given.
Changes to Luggage Allowance
Effective 1st October 09, Ryanair will increase its fees in respect of Excess Baggage fees, Checked Baggage fees, and Sports Equipment. (See table below for applicable rates)
From 01 October 09, our excess baggage rates will increase to £20 / €20 per kilo irrespective of booking date.
Also effective from the 1st October each passenger may travel with up to two checked in bags, each of which will have a separate 15kg allowance, thereby allowing each passenger to travel with up to 30kgs of checked in baggage. (See table below for applicable rates). Any passenger exceeding their 15kg checked baggage allowance for each individual bag will be charged excess baggage at the rate of £20/€20 per kilo (or local currency equivalent). Pooling of luggage is not permitted. This new policy applies to all passengers who book or add a 2nd bag at the airport/call centre irrespective of their original booking date.
From 1st October 09 passengers who book or add sport/musical items to their reservation will be limited to a maximum weight of 20 kilos per sports/musical item. Any sport/musical item in excess of 20 kilos must be charged the excess fee of £20 / €20 per kilo. (See table below for applicable rates). The 32 kilo limit remains for all passengers who booked sports/musical items prior to the 1st October 2009.
There is no weight limit for mobility equipment which is carried free of charge.

For health and safety reasons Ryanair does not accept for carriage any individual item exceeding 32 kilos or with combined dimensions of more than 81cms (height), 119cms (width) and 119cms (depth). This weight limit does not apply to mobility equipment.
Customers wishing to check baggage into the hold of the aircraft must pay a Baggage Fee for each item. This Baggage Fee can be prepaid up to 4 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure by contacting your local Ryanair reservation centre. Alternatively, the Baggage Fee can be paid at the airport.
