Check in
Check in 2 hour prior to scheduled departure. Check-in closes 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure. You should be at the boarding gate at least 20 minutes prior to departure. Boarding closes 10 minutes prior to departure. Passengers arriving late to the boarding gate will not be accepted for travel.
Luggage Allowance
You may carry onboard some Unchecked Baggage, free of charge, subject to our conditions and limitations, which are available upon request from us or our Authorised Agents. All Checked Baggage is subject to a fee, the level of which depends on whether you have pre booked the baggage or if you make the booking arrangements at the airport at the time you check-in. Specific rates are available upon request from us or our Authorised Agents. The Checked baggage rates apply for the first 20 kg of your Checked Baggage (which may include multiple items). Any Checked Baggage in excess of 20 kg will be charged at Excess Baggage rates. Separate charges will apply for carriage of sporting goods and exceptional items.
Accepted forms of ID
Passengers must present valid photo-ID at check-in for international flights and Domestic flights within the UK. The only accepted forms of photo ID for the UK are:
- Valid passport.
- Valid driving license with photo
- Valid national ID with photo
- International Student Card
- Buss Pass with photo
- Work ID with photo
- Northern Ireland Electoral Card (With Photo.)
- NATO/U.N. Military I.D.
