Fares
Prices start at £29 one way. Flights can be booked up to 30 minutes prior to departure however, to secure the best deals, early booking is recommended.
Check in
Opens 1 hour 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure and closes 30 mins prior to scheduled departure for passengers with hold baggage, 20 mins prior to scheduled departure for passengers with just hand baggage Late arrivals will be denied boarding and no refund will be given.
Luggage Allowance
Each passenger may take up to two pieces of normally sized baggage with a combined weight of up to 20 kilos. Total dimensions of each piece of baggage (length + height + width) must not exceed 158cm. The free hold baggage allowance for Advantage passengers is 30 kilos. Excess baggage is only carried subject to space being available and a charge of GBP8.00/EUR10.00 per kilo applies. You can save money by pre-paying for your excess baggage at half the normal price. For more information visit www.airsouthwest.com/baggage. The maximum weight of any one piece of baggage must not exceed 32 kilos. Infants who share a seat do not have a baggage allowance, however a collapsible pushchair will be accepted for carriage without charge.
The following items of sporting equipment will be carried subject to space being available for a fixed fee of GBP20.00/EUR26.00 which is payable at the airport on departure. These items are separate to and will not be included in the normal baggage allowance:Bicycles, Fishing Tackle, Skis, Surf Boards and Golf Clubs
Accepted forms of ID
Passengers are required to provide identification at check-in on all flights including domestic services. Acceptable forms of ID are either:
- A valid passport.
- A valid photographic driving license
- A CitizenCard
- A Council issued photo bus pass
- A photo ID pass issued by a school or college
- A valid government, armed forces or police issued identity card
Please note that on all flights except to and from the Republic of Ireland the following non-photographic forms of ID are also acceptable.
- A valid credit card of the passenger travelling
- A valid signed bank card of the passenger travelling
Please note that children aged 13 years and under are not required to provide identification

The Call Centre is open for business seven days a week between 8 in the morning and 8 in the evening.
Whichever booking method is used customers receive a booking reference which, along with photographic identification, is all that they need to check in for their flights. The minimum check-in time at both Newquay and London is 30 minutes prior to departure.
The free baggage allowance is limited to 20 kilos per person (30 kilos for Business Plus passengers).
