NQY is pleased to offer its passengers Wi-Fi free of charge for your convenience when travelling with us.

Instructions on how to use the facility are below:

To logon to the free Wi-Fi you will need a wireless capable device such as a laptop, smartphone or tablet PC. The process is slightly different for each device but a general guide is below.

Once in the terminal building open up your device:

If you are a PC user there should be a symbol at the bottom right of your Desktop showing a picture of an antenna. If you click this and select “Display Wireless Networks” it should bring up a list of the available networks. From this list select “Newquay Airport Free Wi-Fi” and click connect.

If you are a smartphone user the instructions for the IPhone are below: Tap the “Settings” icon. Tap the “Wi-Fi” tab on the screen that appears to go to a Wi-Fi screen. Tap the “On” button next to “Wi-Fi” to turn the Wi-Fi on. Tap the “Join” button at the bottom of the screen. Select the Newquay Airport Free Wi-Fi network from the list of choices presented in the column below “Wi-Fi” by tapping once on it.

You may be prompted to a login page which requires you to provide an email address, if so fill in the details and click ok.

You should now be connected to NQY's free Wi-Fi.
