The Airport offers 544 places in 2 car parks situated either side of the Airport Terminal.
However, please note that, due to the need for general maintenance, the West Car Park is now closed for the Winter but will re open again in Spring 2012. During this period we would kindly ask that all passengers, wishing to utilise the Airport parking facilities, use the East Car Park.
There are currently 10 designated parking spaces for the disabled which are located near the main terminal entrance – 4 in the East Car Park and 6 in the West Car Park.
Upon arrival at the Airport access to either Car Park is made by pressing the button at the entrance barrier machine and taking the white ticket issued. This ticket should be retained safely as it will be needed to exit the car park once payment has been made.
There is a drop off point outside the main terminal entrance, limited to 5 minutes and vehicles must remain attended at all times. This area is enforced by Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) and if you overstay the 5 minutes period, you will receive a Parking Charge Notice. If you plan on dropping passengers off and wish to stay for longer, please use either car park where you can stay for 15 minutes for free.
Pick up Point: There are some rapid collection bays situated in the East car park 50 metres after you enter the car park on the left hand side; there are also 6 bays set aside in the West Car Park, 15 metres on your left as you enter the car park.

Payment
Payment must be made immediately prior to returning to your vehicle at either of the paystations located just inside the Arrivals Hall or the paystation outside the main entrance near the drop off zone. The original parking ticket should be inserted into the machine and the on screen instructions should then be followed to effect payment. Once payment has been confirmed, on the screen, the ticket should be removed and used to exit the car park by inserting it in the machine situated at either exit barrier.
Please note that online pre booking can only be made up to 24 hours in advance of arriving in the car park.
If your stay is less than 15 mins there is no need to validate your ticket at the paystation as this period allocated for set down and pick up is FREE.
Payment for parking can be made at the paystations using any of the following methods:

The Public Car Parks are open 24 hours
