Conference Facilities Available at NQY
St Mawgan House is the headquarters for Newquay Cornwall Airport and offers spacious meeting rooms to hire. Only a five minute walk from the arrivals hall at the airport, these new facilities provide a clean and professional environment in which to hold a business meeting.
There will be friendly staff on hand to help with your requirements throughout your meeting and who will be pleased to help if needed.

Full charges will apply to any cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to date of booking.
Catering
Lunches can be arranged upon request.
Cost of additional refresh of drinks are charged at £7.50 per refresh.
Car Parking
We can also offer free parking for delegates arriving by car. This is within the car park in front of St Mawgan House. This car park is only open between 0830 and 1800 Monday to Friday.
Travel Directions
From the East:
Follow the A30 through Bodmin towards Newquay until you are sign posted to Indian Queens and the Airport. Turn off on the A30 at Highgate Hill onto the A39 until you reach St Columb Major roundabout. Then follow the signs to the Airport onto the A3059 before turning right towards St Mawgan. St Mawgan House is signed to the left before arriving at the Terminal building.
From the West:
Follow the A30 East leaving the main town of Newquay on your left . Take the turning at Highgate Hill signposted Wadebridge and Indian Queens. Turn off on the A30 onto the A39 until you reach St Columb Major roundabout. Then follow the signs to the Airport onto the A3059 before turning right towards St Mawgan. St Mawgan House is signed to the left before arriving at the Terminal building.
From Newquay Town:
Leave Newquay on the B3276 towards Watergate Bay and then follow signs to St Mawgan village. St Mawgan House is signed to the right after the Terminal building.
Building Security
The building can only be accessed through locked doors and timing for arrival and departure must be arranged when making any booking.
